If you want that nice bounce or at least to stop looking like a rookie start skipping rope more.
And if you re just getting started someone s probably told you to jump rope as a part of your training.
So here s our boxing jump rope workout.
To complete one circuit you do each exercise for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest between each.
A single circuit has eight exercises.
Boxers will typically jump rope for about 10 15 minutes 3 rounds continuous without rest as warm up before their boxing workouts.
Your goal is to complete five full circuits with one minute of rest between each circuit.
